CEREMONY - 2PM

We are planning for an outdoor ceremony so feel free to bring a coat or warm layer, as well as grass & gravel-safe shoes ladies! Blankets will be provided for extra warmth.

*IF YOU ARE TAKING THE SHUTTLE FROM THE HILTON TO THE CEREMONY, IT LEAVES AT 1PM FROM THE HOTEL TO ARRIVE BY 1:30PM*

Guests are encouraged to start arriving at 1:30 to get situated, mingle, or find your seats.

COCKTAIL HOUR - 2:30PM

Our incredible bartenders are driving from Rhinelander to serve us all night and will be arriving at our venue at 2:30. Drinks are on us, but bring cash to tip!

We encourage you to hang at the farm between ceremony & dinner to enjoy drinks, simple snacks, a campfire, lawn games, and hanging out between ceremony & dinner.

If you need to use this time to shuttle back to hotel for an afternoon check in, you have plenty of time to do so.

DINNER - 5:30PM

Grand March will start right at 5:30pm, followed by Kelby & Liz's first dance for anyone that wants to see that but is not staying for the meal. Tables will then be released after first dance for buffet-style dinner catered by the Lechleitner family!

Menu: Ham, Chicken, Scalloped Potatoes, Stuffing, Green Beans, Veggie Tray and assorted cupcakes for dessert. Coffee & lemonade will be served with dinner in addition to what's available at the bar. Anyone who indicated DF/GF/Vegan on their RSVP will be accommodated with alternative options!

DANCE

We have our incredible DJ until MIDNIGHT! Shuttle will be running round the clock until the very end to make sure you get back safely & can let 'er rip!!! We can't wait to dance the night away with all of you!!!
